Vegetable Pulao



Ingredients :-
  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 Onion, chopped 
  • 1 Potato chopped
  • 3 medium size Tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greean Peas (matar)
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, chopped 
  • 1 tspn Black Pepper
  • 2 small piece of Bay Leaf (tej patta)
  • 2 small piece of Cinnamon
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Black and Grean Cardamom
  • 2 Star Anise and Mace
  • 1 tspn Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tspn Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspn Ginger, Garlic paste
  • 2 tbspn Coriander Leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbspn Oil
  • 1 tbspn Desi Ghee
  • 1 cup of Water  
  • 1 tbspn Cumin Seeds (jeera) 
  • 1,1/2 tbspn Curry Leave
  • 1 tbspn curd
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
1. sab se pahle rice ko acchese wash karke bhiga de 15 se 20 minutes k liye
2. 1 onion and 2 tomato ko mixer mein pise le aur gas par cooker rakhe us mein 2 tbspn oil and 1 tbspn desi ghee dale phir usme jeera, 1 tspn ginger, garlic paste and 1tbspn curry leaves dale aur fry kare
3. ab 1 chopped onion dale phir pisa hua onion and tomato ka paste dal ke acchese fry kare, phr usme 1 tspn black pepper, 2 bay leaf, 2 cinamon, 4 cloves, 2 black and green cardamom, 2 star anise and mace dal kar fry kare
4.  ab garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder dal ke fry kare 
5. ab 1 chopped tomato, potato, 1/4 cup green peas and 1/4 cup chopped carrot dale aur sab sabjiyo ko fry kare
6. ab rice dale and salt dale aur phr 1cup water dal ke acchese mix kare phr upar se 1/2 tbsp curry leaves dale aur cooker band kar de aur medium flame par 2 whistle hone de
7. 2 whistle hone k baad flame band kar de thodi der baad cooker open kare and chopped kiye hue coriander leaves dale 
8.ab hamari tasty vegetable pulav ban ke taiyar hai pulav ko garama garam surve kare

Cup Cake

Chocolate Cup Cake This cake was sent home from our children's school. This is the simplest, best tasting cake I have ever made.  Great for making with kids, especially for cupcakes. Ingredients :- 1pack of Parle-G Biscuit 1small spoon sugar 1/2 table spoon soda 1 spoon coco powder       1 spoon butter 2 cup hot milk 1 chocolate 3 spoon chocolate syrup [2cups, pan, stand(steal cooking ware steaming) , bowl, spoon] Method :- 1. Sabse pahle biscuit ko mixture ke jar mein crush kar le, phir biscuit ke powder  ko ek bowl mein nikal le usme soda,sugar, coco powder bhi dale aur acchi tarah se mix kare phir dudh ko garam kare aur garam dudh ko dhere dhere bowl mein dale aur acchi tarah mix kare aur ek smooth batter taiyar kare  2. Gas par Pan rakhe, pan ke andar stand rakhe aur pan ko 5minutes garam hone de, phir cup mein butter lagaye, phr cup mein thoda batter dale phr thoda chocolate syrup dale aur phir se upar se batter dale aur phir

Ragda Pattice

Ragda Pattice Ingredients :- For ragda 1 cup kabuli chane, boil 1 onion, chopped 1 tspn, mustard seed 1 tspn ginger garlic past 1 tspn turmeric powder 1 tspn red chilli powder 1 tbspn coriander leaves, chopped 1 tbspn oil For Pattice   2 cup potato, boiled 1 tbspn corn flour 1 tspn salt   1 tbspn green chilli and coriander chutney 1 tbspn oil For ragda pattice 1 cup tamarind chutney 1 cup curd 1 tspn chaat masala 1 tspn red chilli powder 2 onion, chopped 2 tomato, chopped 1 tbspn coriander leaves, chopped   Salt to taste   1/2 cup sev Method :- 1.sabse pahle kabuli chane ko tadka lagye ek pan le usmein oil dale, mustard seeds dale, onion dale, ginger and garlic paste dale aur phir chane dale aur pakne de 2.ab ek bowl le us mein mashed kiye hue aloo le usmein salt, cornflour dale aur acchese mix kare aur medium size ki tikkiya bana le 3.ab ek pan mein oil garam kare aur aloo ki tikkiyo ko shallow fry kare aur alag nikal ke rakh de 4.ab
