Vegetarian Chinese Samosa


The crispy outer covering with spicy filling adds to the crunch for a tea-time breakfast..
Ingredients :-
Ingredients for Samosa dough
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour or (1 cup maida , 1 cup atta)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 glass water
Ingredients for the chinese filling
  • 1 cup rice noodles (thin), cooked
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 12 green beans (French beans)
  • 1 Green capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 2 inch ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Green chilli, chopped
  • 3 spring onion greens, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sweet and spicy red chilli sauce (tomato chili sauce)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn black pepper powder
Method :-
Prepare the dough
1.sabse pahle ek bowl le us mein 1 cup maida and 1 cup atta le us mein salt, ajwain and oil dale aur pani dalte hue ek smooth dough taiyar kare aur dough ko rest karne rakh de
Prepare the noodles
1.ek pan le Us mein oil dale, oil garam hone ke baad ginger, garlic and onion dal Kar fry kare
2.ab carrot, capsicum and cabbage dal Kar fry kare
3.ab salt, vinegar and soya sauce dal Kar mix Kare
4.ab boiled noodles dale and acchese mix kare
Prepare samosa
1.atta ki loi le aur roti bele aur 2 piece mein cut Kar le and cone bana le and us mein noodles ka mixture dale aur corners ko pani lagaye aur acchese close Kar de ab baki le samose bhi aise hi taiyar Kar le
2.ab ek pan mein oil garam Kare aur samose ko deep fry Kare aur ek plate mein nikal le
3.ab Chinese Samosa ban Kar taiyar hai khane ke liye tasty samose ko garama garam surve Kare sauce ke sath..

Chocolate Cup Cake This cake was sent home from our children's school. This is the simplest, best tasting cake I have ever made.  Great for making with kids, especially for cupcakes.
