Kolkata Veg Rolls

  Ingredients :-
  • 1.5 cups refined flour 
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup red bell peppers chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 3/4 tspn lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspn black pepper powder
  • 4 tspn tomato ketchup
  • 3/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 2.5 tsp red chili sauce
  • 2 table spoon of cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
1.sabse pahle ek bowl le us mein refined flour dale phir salt, oil and baking powder mix kare and pani se ek soft dough taiyar kare and cover kar ke rakh de rest hone rakh de 15minutes ke liye
2.ab thoda aata le aur roti ki tarah bele aur pan par sek dono side se acchese sek le aur side mein rakh de
3.ab roti ko dono taraf se butter lagaye aur ek plate mein nikal le aur roti ke bich usmein red chilli sauce lagaye
4.ab roti mein cabbage, capsicum and cucumber dale
5.ab vegetables par pepper powder, chaat masala and lemon juice dale
6.ab us mein tomato ketchup dale and acchese fold kare
7.ab roll ko paper napkin mein roll kare aur garama garam surve kare..
