Maggii with Punjabi tadka

Maggii in Punjabi style



Ingredients :-

  •  1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbspn peas (matar)
  • 1 tbspn carrot
  • 1 tspn garlic chopped
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspn coriander leaves
  • 1 tspn maggii magic masala
  • 1 tbspn butter (desi ghee)
  • 1,1/2 tspn oil
  • 2 red chilli
  • 1 tspn cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 glass water       
Method :-                
1. sabse pahle sab vegetables ko wash kar ke chopped kar le
2. gas par pan rakhe 1 spoon oil dale, oil jaise hi garam hojaye oil mein jeera dale, phir chopped kiye hue onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot and matar dale aur sab sabjiyo ko fry kare
3. ab red chilli powder, garam masala aur maggii taste maker masala dale aur acchese mix kare, phir 1 glass water (pani) dale aur pani ko boil hone de
4. ab maggii dale aur 2 minutes k liye dhakkan dhak de, 2 minute ke baad maggii magic masala dale aur acchese mix kare aur maggii ko 2 minutes aur pakne de
5. dursi taraf ek pan mein 1 tbspn butter (desi ghee) aur 1/2 tspn oil dale us mein 1 tspn chopped garlic dale and red chilli dale tadka taiyar hone ke baad ab es tadke ko maggii mein dal de aur maggii ko ek plate mein nikal le uske upar chopped coriander leaves dal ke sajaye
6. ab hamari tasty punjabi tadka maggii taiyar hai, maggii ko garama garam surve kare.
