Bread Potato Rolls


Ingredients :-
  • Bread 1 pack
  • Potato 4 medium size mashed
  • onion 1 chopped
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbspn
  • Green chilli chopped 1tspn chopped
  • Ginger 1tspn chopped
  • Chaat masala 1tspn
  •  Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • Cumin (jeera) powder 1tspn
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
1. sabse pahle ek bowl le us mein mashed kiye hue aloo dale phir us mein 1 chopped onion, 1 tspn green chilli, 1tspn chopped ginger, 1 tspn red chilli powder, 1 tspn chaat masala,1 tspn jeera powder, salt aur 1 tbspn coriander leaves dal kar acchese mix kare
2. ab ek plate mein pani dale aur ek bread ka slice le bread ko pani mein dip kar ke pura gila kar le aur phir bread mein se pani acchi tarh se nikal le phir gile bread ke slice ko hath par rakhe aur us mein 1 spoon potato ka mixture dale aur bread ko acchese fold karte hue roll kare,aur bread ko acchese roll kare taki aloo ka mixture bahar na nikle
3. ab ek taraf gas par kadai rakhe aur oil garam hone rakh de, baki ke bread roll taiyar kar le aur phir jaise hi oil garam hojaye slowly slowly bread roll ko kadai mein dal kar deep fry kare and crispy hone tak fry kare, fry hone ke baad ek plate mein tissue paper rakh kar nikal le
4. ab hamara tasty bread rolls taiyar hai khane ke liye bread rolls ko garama garam surve kare tomato sauce ke sath.

Chocolate Cup Cake This cake was sent home from our children's school. This is the simplest, best tasting cake I have ever made.  Great for making with kids, especially for cupcakes. Ingredients :- 1pack of Parle-G Biscuit 1small spoon sugar 1/2 table spoon soda 1 spoon coco powder       1 spoon butter 2 cup hot milk 1 chocolate 3 spoon chocolate syrup [2cups, pan, stand(steal cooking ware steaming) , bowl, spoon] Method :- 1. Sabse pahle biscuit ko mixture ke jar mein crush kar le, phir biscuit ke powder  ko ek bowl mein nikal le usme soda,sugar, coco powder bhi dale aur acchi tarah se mix kare phir dudh ko garam kare aur garam dudh ko dhere dhere bowl mein dale aur acchi tarah mix kare aur ek smooth batter taiyar kare  2. Gas par Pan rakhe, pan ke andar stand rakhe aur pan ko 5minutes garam hone de, phir cup mein butter lagaye, phr cup mein thoda batter dale phr thoda chocolate syrup dale aur phir se upar se batter dale aur phir

Ragda Pattice

Ragda Pattice Ingredients :- For ragda 1 cup kabuli chane, boil 1 onion, chopped 1 tspn, mustard seed 1 tspn ginger garlic past 1 tspn turmeric powder 1 tspn red chilli powder 1 tbspn coriander leaves, chopped 1 tbspn oil For Pattice   2 cup potato, boiled 1 tbspn corn flour 1 tspn salt   1 tbspn green chilli and coriander chutney 1 tbspn oil For ragda pattice 1 cup tamarind chutney 1 cup curd 1 tspn chaat masala 1 tspn red chilli powder 2 onion, chopped 2 tomato, chopped 1 tbspn coriander leaves, chopped   Salt to taste   1/2 cup sev Method :- 1.sabse pahle kabuli chane ko tadka lagye ek pan le usmein oil dale, mustard seeds dale, onion dale, ginger and garlic paste dale aur phir chane dale aur pakne de 2.ab ek bowl le us mein mashed kiye hue aloo le usmein salt, cornflour dale aur acchese mix kare aur medium size ki tikkiya bana le 3.ab ek pan mein oil garam kare aur aloo ki tikkiyo ko shallow fry kare aur alag nikal ke rakh de 4.ab
