Ingredients :- 
  • 1 cup suji
  • 5 aloo
  • 1 tspn Chaat masala
  • 1 tspn chilli flakes
  • 1 glass water
  • 2 tbspn oil 
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
1. sabse pahle gas par pan rakhe us mein pani dale aur pani garam kare pani garam hone ke baad us mein salt and chaat masala aur chilli flakes dale aur phir us mein suji dale aur acchese mix kare suji pakne ke baad ek plate mein nikal le aur thanda hone de

4. dusri taraf gas par pan rakhe us mein oil garam kare aur cut kiye hue fries ko oil mein crispy hone tak acchese fry kare aur phir fry hone ke baad plate mein tissue paper rakhe aur plate mein nikal le
5. ab hamara tasty french fries ban kar taiyar hai french fries ko sauce aur mayonnaise ke sath garama garam surve kare..
